Classes we offer

GrindHouse provides its members with fun, high-energy training. Services provided include group training, sports training, strength training, personal training, and even online programs designed for any client ranging from beginner to experienced.

HIIT Group Classes

Our HIIT workouts are designed to maximize your caloric output by taking you through fast paced, full body workouts within a motivated group environment.

5:15, 8:15 am Monday-Friday
4:30, 5:30 pm Monday-Friday
**No 5:30pm class on Friday


9 am Bootcamp Saturday (No Saturday classes until further notice)

 

Strength Training

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

6:15 am Monday-Friday
6:30 pm Monday,Tuesday, Thursday

 

Personal Training

We get it, group workouts aren’t for everyone. If you prefer to workout 1on1 with a trainer making you personalized workouts to reach your personal goals then personal training is for you. GrindHouse has in-house trainers and affiliated trainers to choose from that specialize in personal training to fit your schedule.

Sports Training

This program is designed for our athletes ranging from the middle school to college levels coached by trainers that have been both collegiate athletes and strength and conditioning coaches. We train the fundamentals needed for every sport: power, speed, endurance, and agility. Every sport is different so we also train each athlete with sports specific workouts.
